Terras have been working with Allam Property Group for the last five years. The latest design concepts have been prepared to create a distinct creative identity for the new estate whilst being sympathetic to the previous stage.
The estate has extensive riparian corridor retention and rehabilitation works, pedestrian networks linked through natural areas and street tree planting plans with double the usual densities.
The artworks design themes stem from the local Hunter River forms and has a distinct design form. These will have no future maintenance requirements due to the selection of durable materials.
